Recon
Recon, Moornal is the center of the Convergence.. Its population is about 550,000. The city consists of six hubs, where each of the old cultures has a campus and living space. In addition their are neighborhoods where the Outer Alliance, the Travelers Guild and other important groups maintain their staff. The Center is built around the Axial, and contains the Diplomatic Academy, known simply as the Academy, and the Convergence courts and administrative offices.
