Author Ralph Salisbury

Ralph Salisbury’s thirteen books evoke his Cherokee-Shawnee-Irish-English-American heritage.  “In the Children’s Museum in Nashville” was published in the New Yorker, in 1960, and attracted attention as a precursor to the contemporary Native American literary movement. Rainbows of Stone was a 2000 Oregon Book Award finalist, and his 2009 Light from a Bullet Hole was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.

Poet Brittney Corrigan

Brittney Corrigan’s poems have appeared in The Texas Observer, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Borderlands, The Blue Mesa Review, Oregon Review, Manzanita Quarterly, and Hip Mama, among others. Jay Thiemeyer

Jay Thiemeyer is the author of Marginal Notes.  Jay has been a long-time homeless advocate and co-host to KBOO radio’s “My Buckets Got a Hole In It.”  His poems have appeared in Burnside Cadillac, Street Roots, and The Portland Alliance. He will be freshly back from Mondragon Spain and hopes to have some pieces based on his experience there.
